Aftermarket 9006 Led Headlight at DX

This LED 9006 Headlamp has 18 led Chips, but only 190 Lumen output. It has to be a misprint. I have a Elektrolumen triple MCE Flashlight (12 chips) and it puts out over 2200 Lumen.

Those (probably counterfeit Nichia) half-watt emitters aren't bright at all.

Even if the flux of those wasn't an order of magnitude smaller than what it should be, any LED replacement bulb with that type of design replacing an incandescent bulb will never produce anything remotely resembling to a safe, effective, or legal light distribution.

I wouldn't install these in my 4-year old niece's Fisher-Price "Kawasaki KFX ATV" riding toy, and it doesn't even have lights to begin with.

I recommend blue-tinted clear packing tape instead of duct tape, so you get that cool Xenon look.
