SOLD Thanks CPF!
For sale is a new Aleph light build using the last of my Aleph parts. It has an A19 head with XR reflector and AR coated lens, 123 body and a McTC tailcap with McClicky switch and soft press boot.
This light is equipped with a 365nm UV Nichia NCSU033B(T) light engine built in a solid copper can. The Nichia 365nm UV LED is mounted on a DTP copper MCPCB, driven at 750mA by a Sandwich Shoppe GD750 converter. The GD board in the light engine will allow for a voltage range of 1.8V - 5.5V, for the use of primary, or RCR cells.
The peak wavelength of the LED is 365nm, and the use of proper safety glasses is required. Anyone who purchases this light does so with the understanding of the dangers of UV light to both their eyes and skin, and should be prepared and equipped to protect themselves and others from the UV light which this light will produce.
This LED is perfect for currency and ID verification, curing Norland 61, scorpion hunting, finding pet stains, inspecting hotels for cleanliness, etc. The deep XR reflector produces a tight, long range beam which is a bit unusual for UV lights.
