Hey everyone,

I have a budget of $90 to use for a thrower-specific light. I want this to throw as far as possible and run on either CR123, 18650, or 17670. I wanted an Armytek Barracuda, but it isn't offered for sale on Amazon, plus they are around $130 anyhow.

One caveat: I have a gift card to Amazon.com, so the light must be available on that website. After a preliminary search, I'm leaning towards the Thrunite TN31 for $79.95 shipped.

Thanks in advance.

You mean 3 or 4x18650, 6 or 8xCR123, right?

I find it hard to imagine you will find a better thrower than the TN31 for that price. That is a great deal. Older model, but PLENTY of throw for most tasks.

Sorry, you're correct - the TN31 didn't match with my previous post regarding battery types/config, so I've edited my OP. I think you're right - that is probably what I will end up with. I don't have a "thrower" so I think this would fit the bill nicely.
