An other newbie looking for help

I am looking for a bright LED flashlight with a long battery life. I plan to use it for hiking. Size is not a problem. I looked at lights like

Streamlight 3C
Expedition 7
Lightwave 3000

Can you share actual experience with these lights? Any relevant difference in brightness between them? Do you have any other similar (or better) recommendation in the 30-60$ range?

welcome, im a relative newbie myself, so i cant give you too much advice except the streamlight 3c is pretty cool, maybe to look at TOP 5 LEDS
