I LOVE your work! That Micro Finning and the Checker Pattern groves are Excellent! I'll bet the extra surface area of the head would keep it cooler in a Hotwire application.

One of these days I'll have to get you to make one for me.:candle:

Did you use a cut-off tool to turn the head or a deep grooving tool?

Thanks Data. I use a very sharp parting tool. :naughty: There may be one but I am not aware of a grooving tool that's long enough to get into the deepest section.
