Whats the specs on the P7 at normal or slightly overdriven currents for a P4?
I´m thinking of building a 3D Mag that will be running on alkalines as well as NiMh, and I´m wondering if it is possible to take the 1400mA AMC7135 circuit and drive a P7 for more output than a similar light with a P4...

Possible?

At 1.4A you should see something like 400-500 lumen, as opposed to the ~250-270? lumen from a slightly overdriven P4. I recommend using one simple 1A driver with it for a total of 2.4A, still underdriven but really bright. Kör hårt!

But would that be possible to run on Alks? Wouldn´t Voltage drop severely under a load of 2,4A?
