Any body using LIpo for lights?

I finally got some more deans plugs and tonight I will be making a cut down MAG85 using a 2100 mah 3s pack.

Any recommendations, I'm gonna flatten the pack a bit before use.

My only recommendation is to be careful. And always have a pyrex dish to dump the cells in if they begin to take off on you.

Hello SKYWLKR,

Since you can damage a Li-Po pack simply by running your fingernail across it, you should probably find a pack that is physically smaller so it will fit without alterations.

If you do flatten your pack, be very careful while charging...
