I picked up a couple of the 3000mAh 6-cell sub-C RC packs. I disassembled them and built a 10-cell pack for my MR16 light. Under controlled constant-current discharge tests, the best I've gotten was 2800mAh...all of the cells are pretty closely matched too, so it's not just one weak cell.
The Powerizer batts I have have been mediocre, in general. 2100ma AAs, for example, after La Crosse multi-cycling/refreshing, only come in at around 1900ma. YMMV.
I have no experience with the Powerizer cells myself, but from what I have read over at rcgroups.com people are not very happy with them. Some claim to get twice the runtime with GP3300, and others say they have high internal resistance (20-30 mOhm).
