Following a widespread opinion on CPF about the 5A chromaticity bin very good color rendition, I bought one year ago a few XR-E Q2 (from ledlightingsupply) and a few Q3 from dereelight. It seems that these were the higher flux you could get at that time.
Time to order some more now, so I'm wondering if there has been any improvement in flux bins for 5A or slightly warmer tints.
And where to order such high flux, neutral or warm white LEDs (MCPCB mounted)?

Q4 for XR-E/XP-E. I don't know the max bin for neutral XP-Gs as they're not widely available yet, but it should be higher.

Dereelight is selling neutral emitters again, this time Q4-5A XR-Es on 14mm boards.

Thanks for pointing this out to me, as I haven't checked on his website for a long time. Unfortunately he doesn't seem to be offering a 5-unit discount, but I'll contact him directly on this aspect.

Q4 for XR-E/XP-E, and roughly Q5-R2 for neutral white Rebel ES (depends on what forward voltage you get). XP-G should be R2-R3 when it comes out later this year.

Cree Neutral (5A-6C) are not much better than that at 75. It would be very hard to tell the difference. And no Cree rings. I use Neutral Cree to replace existing Cree, and Neutral Rebel 100/K2 TFFC 180 to replace SSC and Luxeon.
Like this one?
Unfortunately, the color rendering index is 70 only.
