I just got the "Xtar Cree P4" flashlight I odered from qualitychinagoods.com. (now there's an oxymoron!)

Much to my dismay, but not so much surprise, it doesn't work.
I'm wondering though, does anybody know if one of those Ultrafire Cree drop ins would fit this light? They look the same but I don't know the dimensions. I'm also curious if anybody knows the diameter of the lens so I could get a glass replacement?
I guess I need to buy a caliper huh?
