I don't live in Korea but I just bought some eneloop batteries off of ebay and the shippers address turns out to be in Korea. He doesn't live in Seoul but maybe he can help you out. His ebay id is bestslrshop.

It has been great to hear from all the people who are not from Korea. Anyway, I ordered what I needed directly from the Seoul company (Yeonho).
