Anyone know the name of these LEDS?

I'm guessing the smaller LED's are Cree's XR-E (3 of them) but what are them others called... and how many lumens per watt can one of them other leds go up to? they look pretty nice to me trying to find the name of them so i can search for more info on them.

The others are OSRAM I believe.

Those appear to be 6 die Osram OStars

I can't find the original thread, but they are Osram Ostar 6-chips. They are much less efficient than Cree's. If I find the thread, I'll post it here.
