Anyone tried this mod?

There is a mod at this site that seems fairly easy to do if you have a solder gun. i was just wonderig if anyone tried it and how well it worked

It works very well. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif

Solder guns are cool - should be ok for this mod, but be careful as the extreme heat will fry the board - just a second of contact should be enough to loosen the component.

And yes the pot mod should be done also - the difference between 320 - 400ma approx. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif
