I have seen those before. Kinda look like the 3 million CP Vectors, but the ones that you have linked only have 55watt bulbs. Couldn't be all that brite.

modded to dual 35 watt hid it would be very bright

The mod would be tough, due to the length of the HID bulb. This mod would not be a Thor HID, but if done, well,...a very nice mod-dual HIDs!
