Sanitation/purification pellets, gauze, homemade quick clot, alcohol, baking soda, peroxide, vet wrap, scalpel, knife, hatchets, a crank radio, wool blanket, a few feet of paracord, water, some canned and dried food, some iodized table salt, a small bottle of tabasco, a 5 gallon jug of purified water, a couple lighters, a small solar panel, fishing line, fishing hooks, some titanium utensils and mugs, a steel signaling mirror, a compass, and a series of updated maps downloaded onto an e-ink ereader. Not to mention the second smaller bag that's got the deterrents in it.
All in, the water jug itself weighs like 40 lbs, and the sack+bag another 35 lbs. That's not including any other long arms and their ammo either, but it's designed with two and a half people and possible dogs in mind. Although it'd probably be more survivable just to dig in and stay put, cuz all the other people thinking about bugging out too.
