Same here, ordered on Sunday, *PAID EXTRA* for two day shipping, and no responses, I had to e-mail Arc to get a response

I hope they're not on backorder, I hate waiting....

so far, the lack of communication has been annoying, I'm not trying to be a jerk here, but a simple e-mail on the status of the order would be appreciated, even if it's "they're currently backordered, sorry", a status report and tracking number would be helpful

To clarify, I *DID* recieve a response to my e-mail requesting a status update, but that was on Tuesday, a full day after the order was placed, however, I still have not recieved a tracking number

My apologies.

We are small company and we currently only have one person who knows the shipping system. She (Maria) took monday off to enroll her son in school. This added to the weekend (when we don't ship) caused a 3 day delay for some orders. Everything should be caught up now.

I would like to have another person trained for shipping but we need to grow to that point.

FYI - things are obviously back to normal. I placed an order this morning around 8 AM. By 4:30, I had my tracking number.

I placed an order on the 2nd of August and still haven't received it. Sent multiple emails to the address listed on their site and have not heard back. Is there an alternative address for customer service?

That does not seem right. I placed my order last Friday and received the light on Monday.

I agree. I, too, placed another order Friday morning and it was delivered yesterday as well.
