I bought two from their site, the preprod ones. The blue one works, but the white I got a flicker of light once and nothing since. I have tried different batteries and use the cases from both lights on both head units. The blue always seems to work but never saw anything else from the white. Could I have burned out the LED?

Unlikely, sounds like the flex failure. There's a thread on this in the Arc forum for your further reading.

At any rate, we can fix it for you. Let us take a crack at it please.
