Are Carley 43W bulbs still available?

I have been reviewing LuxLuthor's destructive testing results, and it looks like the Carley 43W bulbs are ideal for my next mod plans. Unfortunately, it appears that these were custom made and very difficult to come by.

Anyone know if these are available for purchase?

That bulb was custom made to use with 4 serial protected li-ions and first used in this flashlight.

Unfortunately, there was not enough interest for another run.
