Are Surefire X10\'s readily available yet?

I'm going to have one of those puppies, it's just a matter of time. Right now I'm thinking income tax rebate time. When I decide to pull the trigger are they readily available especially from dealers other then Surefire?

Is the blown bulb issue from these lights taken care of?

As far as I can tell, new 10X's from SureFire are fine. As to being able to get hold of a 10X... perhaps you could send out some emails to your friendly dealers to enquire about current stock levels (if any) ?

Make sure you get the one with Pyrex lens. I've heard the lexan melts with the HOLA.

Is it possible to get an old Lexan version?

Pyrex was introduced a long while back now. I've had a Pyrex version for ages.

It's great. Hardly ever need to charge it - always beats my M6's for sheer huge beam of brilliant light.

Very impressed.

I just recieved my 10X last night. One word, "Awesome".

I got mine pretty quickly due to LEO status. However, if you are waiting till you get your tax return, I'm sure you will be able to get one by then. I'm under the impression that Surefire is sending out more and more Dominators as time goes by.

For everyone curious about updates to the 10X, the inside of my manual had an adhesive label with the following text:
"Product Update - Your new 10X Dominator now features an optically coated tempered Pyrex lens for increased durability."

The battery module that attaches to the head has the extra o-ring, for a total of two.

The second o-ring is slightly larger than the original one. It works well, although i think i may need to add some lube to the rings.

Overall, works great so far. I can't wait to use it

... if you know what I mean.
