Are there any battery vampire / unregulated lights in the year 2025 still being made?

I just broke out an unopened NOS CMG Infinity Task Light I've had since 2005/2006 and have been loving the low lows, especially with the black carbon dot which dims the light from full brightness. Are there any light like this still being made? Seems everything is either rechargeable (non-removable battery), 14500 only (no AAA compatibility) or have all these blinking lights and power indicators / light locator flashes, further draining the battery unless you lockout the tailcap like we all did back in the early LED days to eliminate parasitic drain. Even the Fenix E01V2 (or is it V3 now?) and the other revisions of their earlier lights, they all seem to have moved away from what made them great.

The AA Zebras have always had the longest runtimes at sublumen levels.. and they have recently become even more efficient..

Take a look at the SC54c N... the lowest mode runs for months!

I've always loved the Zebralight low lumen modes. I've had 3 of their flashlights but never really use them as I love their headlamps so much. I forget exactly which ZL flashlights I have but one is a 18650 handheld, like the H600 headlamp, one AA like the H53 headlamp, and I think one is the CR123 type H32 handheld. Maybe I should just find them and use them as at least the H53(or 54) I have allowed the total programming of the light so where I selected all the modes and sub levels to where the high or TURBO level was well under 100 lumens.

Peak's flashlights are often cited as having long run times and being good battery vampires. They come in AAA, AA and CR123 models.
Yeah I have a ton of Peaks from about 10+ years ago. After revisiting their site within the last week, it doesn't look like anything has changed in the 10+ years since I bought the first variants of the QTC versions which weren't well received after the QTC film wore out quickly.
