Are there any Crenelated Lens Bezel Ring for SF 6P?

at Lighthound, its for NovaTac lights, but would that fit a SureFire 6P head?
Or are there any other that would fit a SureFire 6P head? I dont want a new head, like a defender type. I want much smaller crenelated bumbs like the ones on a SF L4 for example.

I got the Stainless defender head from lighthound and filed away the spikes till all I had left was a light crenelation. Stainless was easy to work away in a controlled mannor. At the end I was going at it with 1000 grit sandpaper and it became smooth as silk when I took an oiled stone to it.
I would of went with a replacement ring if I could of found one.
