Are there any OEM aspheric lights?

I just got my KD Cree Q5 Mag drop in and aspheric lens, and it's amazing. It blows away my Aurora Q5 ( http://www.dealextreme.com/details.dx/sku.10637 ). I'm a flashlight noob; I've been reading these forums for about 3 months just gathering information. I have yet to find a light you can purchase that comes from the manufacturer with an aspheric lens. Do these lights exist? If not, then why? There needs to be a single 18650 rear clicky that comes with a focusable aspheric lens, and an extended bezel to cover the lens. I am so amazed by the usefulness of the aspheric lens. It can focus from a tiny square all the way out to a large circle for spot. So does a light like this exist (not a custom Mag, I saw those), and if not, how do we make it happen?

Old inovas had optics (Aspheric I think) UK or PT has one too, there is also the Aspherilux, and there is the megaray HID which uses optics
