I know there were at least a couple issues posted concerning Island. I don't recall the details, but I know they're out here.

Try a global search in all forums for Island.

That's odd, because I had a problem with LPS. It was resolved, but goes to show one should always confirm prices and availability by phone, and even the well-regarded dealers can make mistakes.
