Many have mixed feelings about those batteries due to the volatility of CR123As in general and reports of
other non-USA-made batteries venting.
As a general rule, if you are at all concerned about the safety of your cells, then it wouldn't hurt to stick with USA-made cells like Surefire, Duracell, Energizer, Rayovac, Streamlight, Battery Station, et al. Especially in lights that use multiple cells in series.
Having said that, I have used a few Titanium cells myself and feel pretty good about them. Unlike low quality cells, they feature a mechanical PTC that makes them safer and as far as capacity goes they are very close to the USA-made brands.
So it's completely up to you to make the judgement call on whether they are safe enough for you to keep around. But as long as you follow accepted care and usage of CR123A primaries, the likelihood of Bad Things happening is low.
