Are these bright led\'s?

Don't know much about specs.Anyone familiar with these?

The LEDs in the module and the package of LEDs shown on the page do not match. So there's no way of telling how bright that thing really is.

Why do you say that? Are they 5mm in the photo?
Inquiring minds want to know.

They *look* like 5mm in the photo, and the pack of LEDs below it are 3mm. So what's in the flashlight may not be what came out of the package shown (which are "R" rank, by the way).

I just recently bought a couple of Bulb set up's from that seller & they were garbage. Some dim,real blue. I E-Mailed seller & He refunded the $. He get's them from someone else & the seller does not test them.

That one caught my eye too, but if you read the description carefully, you'll see:

... it is manufactured using 4 high quality, state of the art NICHIA white LED...

This auction is for a brand new 16 LED retrofit bulb...
