I'm in the states. Are these headlights the correct ones to work for cars that drive on the right hand of the road?

Wow...that first picture, it certainly is ENORMOUS!

See the arrow --> below the (E13) mark near the [HCR] mark? That arrow means these are left (wrong)-hand-traffic headlights. If there were no arrow, they'd be right-hand-traffic headlights. If there were a double-headed arrow <---> they'd be adaptable for use on either side of the road. But these are wrong-side-traffic units.

Aww man :(

Is this the way it works for all left and right hand drive headlights?

You could replace just the projector unit itself with ones designed for right hand traffic, and keep the same housing and everything else that isn't specific.

passive101... I've replaced that monster-size photo with a link. Please read Rule 3. You may re-post the photo when you have resized it.

What, you mean with the markings? Yes, except for Japanese-market ("JDM") headlights, which do not have markings and are all for the wrong (left) side of the road.

ddemetrius456, I sent you a PM instructing you to remove spam advertising from your sigline. You have failed to comply. You are consequently suspended for an indefinite period, and all your posts are being deleted.

I went ahead and ordered some that are designed for right hand traffic from Germany specifically to avoid the issues of having to fiddle around and make the other lights work
