I doubt if most Flashaholics would feel comfortable wearing these holsters in civilian life:

POUCHES FOR M2 & M3

I also found some open style polymer holsters inappropriate for general Flashaholic use. I don't understand why Surefire doesn't have proprietary holsters for the M2 & M3, as they do for some other lights. Perhaps Blackhawk may make one. Barring that, does anyone know which Ripoffs holster is the best fit for the M2?

Do you say you don't think you would be comfortable wearing these due to the camouflage pattern? If that is the case we also have them in black, tan, tri color desert, and o.d. Our pouches for the m2 and m3's will hold the light with or w/o the hoods.

We use a fstx. buckle so that we get more adjustment, with maximum security. The last thing you want in the dark is to find you have lost your $150.00 plus light. Also the fstx is silent compared to the Velcro. Many of you use these lights on the job in the dark. Think about when you are trying to be quite, you can practically here your heart beating. Now think about what a distinct noise Velcro makes. But if that just doesn't work for you then we can make them with a Velcro closure.

All of our sure fire pouches are double layered inside to prevent abrasion from the hard ano. and machining on the light. And they all carry a lifetime warrant that we never seem to use. That's why you see our gear all over the sure fire catalogs. The instructors could have used any gear out there, but they chose SOE.

If we have missed any thing please let us know. With out your input we might not make the products you are looking for.

SOE,
What is the belt attachment like? Is it a loop or a clip. For me a metal clip is preferred (like the Ripoff), is this an option on your pouches?
