Army Developing Paralysis Beam

The U.S. Army is working on a modified 7.5-million-candlepower strobe light in hopes of creating a paralysis beam.

I'd seen something similar using sound waves on the Military Channel. This device was supposed to resonate the bad guy's insides and overwhelm them with nausea.
