I had to send my Armytek Predator back to them for replacement. They responded to my message I left on the contact us page of their website. I had to send it to them (in Canada) and will be without my favorite light for a while but they seem eager to help. I will let everyone know how it turns out, only been a week so far. Guess it pays to have a couple backups.

Did you have to make a video and send along with your defective light a copy of the invoice for the light? Did you have to pay return shipping?

No video, sent defective light. After I sent an email with invoice they sent me a replacement. They paid my shipping cost. It took about 10 days.

Thanks. Be great if this becomes the norm.

Or better if it just didn't break. So far i haven't needed to test the warranty on my Zebralight, Nitecore, Streamlight or Fenix lights.

...only other light I have EVER had to utilize the warranty on was my first PD35. I had beaten that thing to death and it was very far out of its warranty. I contacted Fenix proper about it thinking Id have to pay for repair but to my surprise they emailed me an address in New York state to send it to for free repair. Thinking I would not see it again for months I was shocked to see it back in my mailbox in less than two weeks near totally rebuilt for free.
