Armytek Partner C1 (Problems)

I have just received this an Armytek Partner C1 XP-L-Warm from a Canadian Retailer

I wanted to use it for my 16340 or RCR123 Olight, Fenix and Eagletac batteries.

I have no idea why but the turbo function is finicky even after tightening everything on the light.
I click the tail switch and sometimes it turns on. Other times it doesn't stay on.
Momentary on works perfectly.

It says that it can take CR123, R123 and 18350 batteries.

I'm not saying the light has been tampered with, but the inner ring in the tail switch seems to have some wear on it... like someone tried to adjust it.
The pouch smells like cigarette smoke as well?

I'm gunna take a shot in the dark and go with it was "gently used".. I just bought this one on Ebay and the switch shorted out the same day, I've since replaced the switch, I'm not sure if this is an ongoing problem with Armytek since this is my first one.

Interesting, I might need to warranty it... I had to wait a month to get this light.
