Attention OG Members - Help identify USA Made Custom Ti Lights

Please can anyone help and chime in on the maker of these two lights each with the same size body and light engine.

Don mcleish? Was making ti lamps that far back... not 100% thats the maker, but that might help narrow it down.

The darker one may be Don's. The other is probably a Tnc
