Australian Eneloop Prices

I see **** Smith Electronics has 4 AAs and charger for $AUD30.
Their 4 AA packs are $AUD25, though.
I just ordered stacks of Eneloops from Ozbatteries.com.au because they had 8AAs for $AUD33.00 so the prices are getting better with time. Anyhow, just thought you'd like to know- this is the lowest I've seen in Australia and is nearly comparable with OS prices. Nearly. Payment was easy (Paypal- maybe TOO easy!) but it is $12.00 for delivery so do the maths carefully.
I am looking forward to 2000mAh without self-discharge. Have a great long weekend!

I got two 8 packs for $31.78 each last week from A&M Enterprises, shipping (Auspost) was $8.15. Pricing definitely better than DSE, where I got a set of four last year for $25!

Works out to be about $4 per cell delivered. $2 cheaper than DigSmith.

these are good gifts for family members for their remote controls

stops any problems with leaking batteries killing the remotes

Yeah they don't do paypal, which means you get hit with currency exchange charged, not sure about your cc but I got hit.

Too bad you all missed out on the repackaged Eneloops Amazon were selling I bought two eight packs and had them shipped via unforgiven. they ended up costing US$45.00. for sixteen AA's.

Sanyo marketing is crap in Australia. Plus Master Instruments(distributor) isn't doing much. I guess they didn't push Eneloop thats because MI doesnt want too much Eneloop hype otherwise the other NiMH products they have will not sell.
