AW 18650 2600 mAH and Pila Charger at the same place?

I can't seem to find a vendor that has both of these at their store and both for a good price. I'd rather support a store that has something to do with CPF if I could though. Any help from you guys out there? I would get the Ultrafire charger, but I would really like to buy a charger once and not have to "upgrade". Thanks guys and God Bless!
