Ay Up lighting

I'm sure you're aware of http://www.ayup.com.au/index.php LED lighting systems from OZ, very well priced & compact.

I know the Ay ups use a resistor the limit the current rather than a bflex type board, has anybody tried moding the Ay ups to increase light output?

As i understand it, the resistor is in the lamp housing, which is factory sealed. I don't think you can mess with them without breaking the lenses to get them out.

....... there is only 1 solitary LED in each housing !
