[Illumination Addiction]

I purchased a Cree Q5 drop in module from Bug Out Gear for my SF G2 shortly before Christmas. I was completely satisfied, with it performing beyond my expectations. Last week it's brightness level dropped off drastically and then went completely dead. I immediately replaced the batteries with new SF's but it still wouldn't work. I wrote Flavio at BOG. He wrote back within an hour stating that this was "completely unacceptable" and was shipping me out a new replacement immediately. I received the replacement in 8 days and I'm half way around the world.

I don't think that service like this is all that typical today. Kudo's to Flavio. Stand up guy with an awesome product.
