Okay, I have received the quote for the E3s. They will cost $25.50 for a body with bare aluminium finish or $28.00 for a body with hard anodised (type III) finish in either black or natural. The production of all of the E1, E1.5 and E2 bodies at the machine shop has been completed and the material for the E3s has been received. So everything is on track to pick up all of the machined bodies, including the E3s, on 15th July for checking and taking them to the anodisers.

I've taken note of everyone's reservations by PM and posting on this thread. I can fulfil all of these reservations except for the last one. As it stands there are no more E1 bodies available. zorba, I can supply all of the bodies you have asked for except for the E1. I'll keep you on the waiting list in case somebody ends up pulling out. I don't mind if other people still request an E1 as I can put you on the waiting list. Judging by the results of other custom items being sold by sellers in other threads there could be quite a high drop out rate.

I'll update the initial post reflecting the info in this post. Thanks everyone who's put in new reservations.

Balrog, will the E1.5 bodies also hold a single AA? Energizer's L91's are supposed to be 50.5mm tall and 150s' are 50mm, right?

zorba, yep, you now have an E1 HA nat reserved.

MR Bulk, yep, I will PM everyone who has made a reservation when I'm ready to accept payment.

StoneDog, actually the Pila150S batteries are slightly over 53mm long. I designed the E1.5 body to fit the 150S whilst keeping the entire body length reasonably short. I think that there might be enough length in the spring so that it would also fit an AA battery and still make contact with the switch and head. However, I can't test that an AA will work in an E1.5 until I get back home from my holiday on 15th July as I have lent the prototype E1.5 body to someone else who will be taking it home before then.

Everyone else's reservations/waiting list requests posted or PMed prior to this post have been entered into my spreadsheet. The number of E2 bodies available is getting low and there are still plenty of E1 and E3 bodies.
