Basic LED questions

I've been out of the loop on LED technology for a while now. Seems like just about every week there's something new...I can't keep up. :green:

Anyway, can somebody please tell me:
1. Which single LED can put out the most lumens these days?
2. Which LED is the most efficient in terms of lumens/watt?

The single LED with the most output is the Cree XR-E Q5

Most efficient and IMO better color rendering, the Luxeon Rebel 100.

Both have more lumens at 350 mA then the Luxeon III has at 1 amp.
