Hey Everybody,
I'll probably be purchasing a PT Surge and SureFire E2 in the near future. I live in Rochester, NY and we get cold, snowy winters. I will be using my lights year round for walking the dog outside as well as using the lights indoors. I have a few questions about batteries. I'm confused about which type of batteries work well in the cold (walking the dog in winter) and which type don't. With alkalines, rechargable alkalines, NiCad, NIMH, Lithium, etc. I'm a bit confused
By the way, when I say "cold weather"...I don't mean 40 below zero arctic blast weather. I mean 20 degrees above zero (Farenheit) being used to pick up my dog's "business" and then put back in my jacket pocket.
Any help would be much appreciated.
Thanks,
Brian
P.S. I'm pretty new to this CPF and I just wanted to agree w/ BrightNorm that the folks on this BB are very informed and intelligent people. I also really appreciate the way the more experienced folks help out the less experienced folks. Thanks.
