Hi, I have been searching for batteries and chargers for my project i'm doing in school. I can't find either, i'm a beginner so probably someone else can help.
The batteries might need to output as much as possible up to 4.5V and 10A. Might work with a little less, if it's hard to find that high. They also need to give power for like 3 hours.. I will put a several batteries in serial or parallell?
Is there anyone with better knowledge who can help me finding working batteries or/and a charger for them?

The size of the batteries should be like:
*26500
*26650
*32650
or eventually 38145.

Thanks!
Best regards, Erik.

Are there any limitations on the size of your battery pack?

Oh, and :welcome:

The voltage and amps should be doable with IMR. But 3 hours at that rate would mean a huge pack of cells.

It might be good to go to your local RC car shop and see what they have in already made packs and chargers.

Making packs on your own is not something to consider lightly

Thank you =)
Well, It's for a diving flashlight, so as small as possible. I guess I'd rather downgrade the "V" and "A" than using batteries for massive cash and big size.
But i still need a pretty good light out. Do you know about how many ampere hours I may need for that 3h of using?

Re: Battery and charger, please help

The volts are fine in that range, it the amps that will drain your battery.

(4v 10amp is very close to a full driven sst-90, aka the olight SR90, it uses 6 18650 and lasts maybe an hour for a runtime comparason)

If this is a dive light, take a look on that part of the forum, there are a bunch of very skilled makers of diving lights with tons of info on whats good and what works.

Let us know how you make out
