Eternalight and battery consumption.....
A few days ago I asked a question regarding the seeming high consumption of an Eternalight that I owned.
I did not get a response that helped me so I wrote the manufacturer again. It seems that I had a unit that may have malfunctioned. The company offered, on their own, to either replace or refund my money. I most definitely wanted another one as it is my most favorite flashlight.
All companies are great when things are going good. This company went way beyond in solving my problem. THEY OFFERED to refund or replace without me even mentioning it. The flashlight was a little pricey but with this kind of service I am glad I bought it. http://www.techass.com/el/el1.htm
