The GL4/R is a flashlight made by Pila It is designed to run off of 123a batterys or on Pila Li-ION cells. I own one with the white LED and Green LED tail caps. I carry it at work and home. I got mine from J.S. BURLEYS he gives great service before and after the sale. I really like using the Li-ion system I got involved with it using it in my L4 and my L5, L6. The reason is it is cheaper in the long run to run pila batterys instead of CR123A's you can get 500+ recharges out of the cells so that equals 1000 CR123A's
you do lose a little run time but not much. The GL4R is rechargeable it has a good beam and the green tail cap got a cooool dad out of my 5 year old son. I think that you would like the pila GL4R.

GL4R runs off 4 DL123 batteries or 2 Li-ion rechargeable.
On rechargeable's it runs 80 minutes at about 130 lumens
On DL123's it runs about 40-45 minutes at about 180-190 lumens.
It is larger than a Stinger and about the same size as my Surefire 8NX. But it outclasses almost any other light in the same size
