Best Bulb Upgrade for 2016 BMW 3-Series with Reflectors?

Please provide thoughts and/or data on best bulb for my fellow automotive friend? (I believe it uses H7 bulbs). I am aware of Mr. Stern's H9 on H7 base 65W bulbs but realize that is for projector lenses not reflector. (Thanks in advance).

That Vosla 65w H7 may be applicable. The 3 series looks to have a relatively sharpish ECE type beam.

Alternatively the Osram Night Breaker Laser or 220 is a good next choice.
