Best of the best, from other countries?

I was surprised when I learned that a 3-D cell Maglite in Britain retails for about $100. American-made lights tend to be more expensive abroad. This got me thinking that there must be less expensive lights made in foreign countries for their domestic market.... Lights that we don't get here in America.

I'm curious about those lights, and hope that other CPFers could tell us about them. Possibly provide a pic if they can.
