Hi, I have a bit of a conundrum.
I'm going to put a Bflex driver into a mag 2C, but I can't figure out how to wire it. The Bflex has seperate contacts for power input and switch. How do I connect it to the mag switch core?
Could someone who's used one in a Mag enlighten me?
Thanks.

Hey,

How it is mostly done, is to 'mod' the main power switch (mag) to a 'mom' on action...wire this to the 'switch' input of the bflex...

keep looking you will find some pics of how it is done... 🙂

Best

How would that work? AFAIK the Bflex can't take its input from the switch contacts..

How things go back together when it flys all over the place 😱

Remove the plastic (teeth) from this part so it's smooth on the outside, it's the first plastic part in the bottom of the switch clicky thing.

Cut the + Battery contact so it no longer makes contact with the switch like this.

Solder up the momentary switch wires (Yellow) and the + Pos power supply wire (Pink) like this.

Put the inner switch parts back together, route the wires and Epoxy the + Pos battery contact on the back of the switch.

You should end up with something like this.

Solder your - Neg supply wire to the switch anchor part with the set screw in it, make sure to check all connections with a DMM.

Hope this helps

That is amazingly and transcendently helpful, Sway. You are hereby declared winner of the Awesomest Post Of The Month award.

Seriously, that's a far more graphically detailed and enlightening answer than I'd hoped for. Thanks 🙂

You’re very welcome, let us know how the bFlex mod turns out. The round board should be much easier to work with in a C Mag than the original rectangle design it was a PITA!
