Yup, as a Brit or German I may have thought "wow those folks are pretty good". As an American I kept thinking "you dirty dogs".

That one took a while to like but it grew on me. Pretty slick how that couple went about life as Russian agents while seeming very American.

Cold & windy today so I got on the treadmill and decided to rewatch a series I loved from years ago. Wow! I'm hooked again!

"All the light we cannot see" on Netflix, 4 hours.
Great movie, WWII occupied France, a blind girl and a soldier change the course of the war.. Recommended!

Info link
I haven't seen the movie, or read the book, but I did come across a very negative review of the movie. Don't shoot the messenger, I'm just posting the link for balance, and FYI.

Fair enough, I didn't read the book, enjoyed the movie very much. I guess just watch it and make your own decision? 🤔

From the DC franchise , Swamp Thing

Don't laugh, it's far better than you think, cozy cinematography and lighting,,
It's not like all the other DC stuff, which is basically an after school special for kids.

I'm afraid to read the whole thread, because the last thing I need is another TV series to watch, but if no one cited "Killing Eve," it's right up there with the most crazy things I've seen on the tube.

Harrumphle! Am I nuts, or is CPF counting posted words now?

We just finished season 4 last night, and so far, that's all there is. We averaged 2-3 episodes an evening . . . entertaining, but loony!
I've watched a bit of season 2, it's just a bit too crazy as some others have described. Better things are there for watching.

I just finished watching season 3 of "Happy Valley" which has taken some time to come about,
but well worth the wait. Most of the original characters are still around, plus some new ones.
Very good drama, suspense up to the very end. It is 6 episodes of about an hour each.
