I know, metric system does not use . it is for SAE. i' very familiar with metric system i lived in a metric country, for a while.
now that i think of it, it actually it does, i could write .9mm which would be 0.9mm but metric do not leave out zero in front usually.
.10 would be 0.1mm

Yes, that is what is triggering everyone. It is not nor has it ever been a .anything millimeter. That does not exist. Someone teaching firearm classes should know what they are shooting.

I think you are the only one here getting pissed off. I wasn’t even the first one to tell you that you were putting decimals in front of your metrics. If that’s what you want to do just don’t teach it to your students because it is absolutely 10000% incorrect. Calm down buddy it’s gonna be alright. I hope you are the greatest teacher in the world and I don’t care if you aren’t.

Well the mental system is fracked, no one argues, everyone agrees, the guy is hiding, has military training, knows the woods, and could very well be hiding for a while, meanwhile residents are locked and have their guns ready. so self defense topic is related, might as well keep it going in that direction until there are updates

Or to put it more accurately, there's no a reason to place a "." in front of non-fractional measurements, metric or otherwise.

Do you realize just how small the .9mm projectile would be, and that a .10mm would be infinitesimally smaller! Well, 9 times smaller anyway!:crackup:

It's actually not though and anyone can handle most any caliber if they'll put in the time and learn how to handle recoil. I personally saw a couple of 12 and 14 year old boys shooting a Freedom Arms .454 Casull with improving accuracy, and enjoying it.

.10mm might be the size of flea feces. Unless it's moving at a few tens of miles per second it's not doing much damage.
