BK40 - AUS8

Resharpened .. Wet stone grinder knife sharpener !

350 slice fail , with what looks like an edge that wore away ( no roll detected )

Yeah , the rope simply got harder and harder to slice till the knife failed on the printer paper .

The BK40 is a larger folding knife , the spine is crispy enough to call bushcrafty ( I reground mine just a little to make it - More Crispy )
The factory spine did scrape wood and ferro , but could be better .
Edge is very nice , slices wood very well .

Things to complain about ? Thumb studs are horrible , I swapped mine out for better ones . ( Factory edge was ................................... )
Over all the knife is tight with no play and takes a hell of a nice edge . Mine really likes to bur ! So bur removal is important . ( AUS 8 steel ? )
Small fixed blade or a BK40 ? If you don't have a BK40 (?) , it's worth taking a look at .
