1550 mah capacity is the same as Panasonic and Rayovac CR123s.

According to the package picture on the BlackHawk site, the BlackHawk CR123s are made in the USA.

It seems highly likely that they are made by Panasonic OEM, which also manufactures the Rayovac, SureFire, and Streamlight CR123 cells.

Thats good to know about Panasonic making all of those brands. I have close to 70 of the Streamlight 123's, which I also know has 1550 mah's. I have been thinking about trying a couple of those Night ops ones. Plus they do look kinda cool, even though that has nothing to do with performance. Thanks for replying.
