Check out mouser.com. I've got a 40red/16blue array I'm building off ledengin leds. Mostly 3 and 5w leds but they do offer single 15w ones as well as different brands. I went with ledengin because they have "deem red" at 660nm.

What are you trying to do?

That Cree's supposed to be 15 lumens nominal. The Rebel "blue" has flux bins up to 48 lumens nominal, well in theory, I haven't seen >23 lumen bins yet. LuxeonStar's got 23 lumen singles @ $5.15- LS keeps advertising the 700mA value not the 350mA nominal lumen value so don't get fooled.

Due to the Rebel's small size it may be possible to use multiple emitters if your optics requirements can accomodate that.
