Boring a aluminum M@g reflector?

I would like to bore out a couple of aluminum M@g reflectors but only have simple tools to do so. Is it better to use a drill or dremel and is so, what bit or grinding stone should I use. Thank you in advance.

I've done it with just a regular drill bit. But I was only opening it up by about 1/16". I worked from the rear, used moderate speed, and almost no pressure. Just the weight of the drill.

I also did it with a drill...not perfect but works! :twothumbs

You can also do it by rolling the drill bit in between your fingers.

One thing I do is use incrementally larger drill bits until I get the hole the size I need.
